Who I Work With

Adults
You know that feeling when you realize your coping mechanisms are actually just survival strategies from ages ago? Yeah, let's update those. Whether you're navigating life transitions, healing from complex trauma, or finally ready to unpack the baggage that's been running the show—we'll work with your whole nervous system to help you come home to yourself, relight your inner fire, and find your voice..

Teens (16+)
Being a teenager is confusing enough without also trying to figure out who you are while your brain is still under construction. I work with teens navigating identity, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, friendship drama, and all the messy feelings that come with figuring out who you are while your nervous system is running wild. No judgment, no BS — just real support for the real stuff.

Couples
Most relationship struggles are old patterns and triggers having a conversation while you two try to figure out what's for dinner. We'll help you understand what your nervous systems are actually saying to each other, shift those patterns that keep you stuck, and build the relationship you both actually want—especially crucial if you're navigating the wild ride of parenthood together.
The "Oh Shit, This Is Real Work" Tea
One of the most powerful tools we have as therapists is the therapeutic connection we build with clients, rooted in safety, trust, vulnerability, honesty, understanding, competence, and radical acceptance. If it doesn't feel right—keep looking. There are too many amazing therapists and healers out there for you to be settling for "good enough."

My philosophy on healing
You are a whole human with a unique mind-nervous system-body-soul connection. You have your own thoughts, experiences, attachment wounds, stories, needs, goals, and purpose. Healing isn't linear and neither are you—this process will be slow and at times painful, but you are not alone. In my role as therapist, I am here to support, not rescue, you. You have inner knowing even if you're disconnected from that part of yourself right now. Generational, gestational, and childhood patterns show up for us all in different ways, and you get to decide which ones to keep and which ones to honor and change.
My Approach
...always evolving to bring evidence-based, psychoeducational, and ethical therapy services to you. Over our work together, I'll blend multiple modalities, techniques, and education in real time based on what actually works for YOUR nervous system, YOUR life, and YOUR goals. The longer we work together, the more attuned we become. Eventually, we'll have enough material to map your nervous system, sit with past versions of yourself to understand the patterns showing up in your life now, honor and change patterns that no longer serve you, and—at your pace—build your personalized healing toolkit together. We'll honor the past, discover what resonates now, and leave behind what doesn't anymore.

Investment
This is HARD work. This is tender and raw work. This is an investment, and you must be open to doing the work during and between sessions if you want the best return on your investment in your healing. It is my hope that over time, you'll need therapy less and less because you will light your fire and find your voice. You'll reach out for support when you need it and trust yourself more, leaning on my support less and less. I cannot guarantee any specific result—the work you will do is personal, relational, experiential, and ultimately outside of my control. Therapy is personal and relational, and it can leave you feeling worse before you feel better. I cannot guarantee the results—that's for you to discover. But I can guarantee you won't walk this path alone when we work together.

I am an out-of-network provider. If you have OON benefits, I can offer a super bill upon request, however, I cannot guarantee that your insurance company will provide any reimbursement.
